The 101st Airborne Division legacy website is an all volunteer team of passionate people keeping the Screaming Eagles stories and history alive. And we’re always seeking others to help us!
There are many ways to contribute to the mission including:
Memorial Biographies and Stories
The cornerstone of this website is highlighting the men and women who served in the 101st Airborne Division and who have made their final jump. We continuously write articles about our heroes to include name, rank, unit, photos, dates served, and any factual military information we can collect.
Historical Documentation
Many historians and experts have documented the actual history of the 101st Airborne Division since it’s founding. We would like to include more information regarding leadership, battles, and other resources to tell the complete story of these paratroopers.
Photos, Videos, Letters, Documents
There are thousands of collectors, researchers, and family members who own a wealth of resources relating to the 101st Airborne Division and our heroes. We would love to highlight those items! If you would share copies or scans from your private collection, we would appreciate it.
Resources
We want to develop a resource library to include recommended books, movies, battlefield tour guides, museums, memorabilia, and more! If you have suggestions, please let us know so we can include them on this website.
